Just a few days now….

…until a few new and super coloring products will be released by Crafter’s Companion! This is the first time as a design team member that I have sent samples of my work in for possibly being on the live presentation! I am so excited!

Here are a few of the items i have made  using, what I think may be the coolest items in the release.

First off, the Creator A Card Circle Center.

This was the first card I made using this die and it is so much easier then it looks! Haha! I love it when you can get ‘oooooos and ahhhhhhhs’ with very little effort! This was also used with the Luxury Cardstock which will  be available on the 9th as well. You get mirror, matte mirror and glitter paper all in one package! Pretty, pretty stuff!

A Sneed peek of another card I made using this die set…

This card can stand upright but I love the way it looks laying doen, just a fun and unique was odpf displaying cards!

Here is anothere card using another die set, the Shutter Card.  My goal for the next week is to show you guys how well this set works with stamped images from other manufacturers.  I always try to stay with one manufacturer with my cards but this die is was to cool to not let it make the rounds with my other beloved camp companies!

Oh…and flowers, yeah… lots and lots of flowers!

The products will actually be sold on HSN and will be going for killer prices…much less then they go elsewhere! I plan on picking up a few things as the prices are better then the awesome discount I get as a design team member! So mark your calendars for May 9th.

If you are new to HSN, you may  think you can only buy the products as they are being demonstrated on air. But that is not ture. Keep looking at the Crafter’s Companion page on the  HSN Web site and you can buy them as they are listed.
Keep checking in there and on my Instagram for more peeks and projects!

…it’s been a hot minute since I posted to my blog! Uggg….life! Why, oh why does it have to get in the way of crafting?? Lol! Kidding! Life is great!

Here is my last few weeks in pictures…

I want to make about 20 more! Lit by a battery operated tea light!

My most recent obsession…Waffle Flower Big Bear and Bird stamps! Omgosh! These images are way too cute!

And this one too!

The latest addition to my kitchen! Coloring page inside this super cool frame hubby made from pallet wood!

This little cutie came in first in the 2 mile at her second track meet ever! So proud! She beat her own best time for 45 seconds. Trust me!  That’s amazing!

My oldest started his first job! He is now officially paying into the social security system! (Money he probably will only see after he is 80!) Yeah…try explaining that to a 17 year old! His new non slip shoes are nice! Haha! Not the Jordans he is use too.

Oh…and he is going to prom. He is a serious fisherman so this was a perfect and creative invitation! And yes, his room is a disaster!

…and it snowed…beautiful but I’m over it.

Have I mentioned my obsession with Waffle Flower! I have typed this company’s name so many times recently that and soon as I hit ‘W’ it comes up in auto correct!

I am also getting over a very bad creative slump. The last week it’s been getting better and I am so glad! It’s therapy to me! I must make something everyday!

More projects and cards very soon!

Where did it go?

Have you see it??  I can’t seem to find it anywhere! I have lost my mojo….my creativity! The last 2 weeks I have been in a bit of a slump. Things are just not coming to me the way they usually do. Most days I have no trouble cranking out at least one card and tons of coloring.  But lately, nothing!  I don’t know why…. I have awesome products to work with, including a new Brother Scan n Cut! (Wow! Is it the nost awesome thing EVER! I will be doing a demo/review soon! No more outline dies for this chick!) I just can’t seem to get it together! With the exception of this sweet Spring card I made using Winnie and Walter stamps and an embossing folder from We R Memory Keepers!

How cute are these little ducklings? I think they may have been intended to be little birds but I they just look like ducks to me!

I colored them with Spectrum Noir markers!  I found out recently that I will be on the Design Team for Crafters Companion,  the makers of Spectrum Noir,  and I am beyond thrilled! I am anxiously awaiting my welcome package now and as soon as it arrives I will have more to share!.?…hopefully it will help me get over this slump!

I have been addicted to …

…this stamp set by Neat and Tangled!  It’s called Cottontail Cuties and it could not be anymore adorable! I think this is the third card I have made using it in the last week!

For this card, I made a shaker! I like to see some sequence all the time in my shakers, even when the card if upright. I glued a few to the inside panel which seems to help other sequence become stuck and plenty can be seen at all times!

The background stamp, grass and banner dies are from My Favorite Things. I colored my images with Spectrum Noir markers. I think this will make the perfect Easter card for my niece!

So many HUGS!

Hello! I am on the Butterfly Reflections Ink Blog today with this card!

For this card I used the Misti Stamp Positioner to aline and stamp the sentiment along the side of  a white card panel that I die cut using the large, stitched rectangle die in the MFT Blueprints 25 . I used the Lots of Hugs Stamp  sentiment stamps also from MFT.  About 2/3 of the way down I used the larger hugs sentiment in the set and colored it with copic markers.

For the heart charms, I die cut white paper with the smallest heart in Stitched Heart STAX die set four times and colored each one with my copics for a perfect color matching to the sentiment. I tied the twine around the spine of the card and added the hearts to the ends of the twine. I added foam on the back of one heart and then attached the twine with Multi Matte Medium and then added the other heart. This adds some dimension and helps keep the heart charm safely attached to the twine.

MFT has a number of basic shapes in their STAX line all of which consists of several sizes of a particular shape nested inside one another. I have several of these and they are staples in my crafting stash! Here is were you can find them in the store – My Favorite Things STAX

Butterfly Reflections Ink- Cottontail Cuties

Hello, crafty friends! I am bringing you this sweet card using stamps and dies from Neat and Tangled! All supplies are linked to Butterfly Reflections Ink!

I started off by adding the Nuvo Glimmer Paste to a sheet of soft yellow cardstock, allowing it to dry about an hour and then cut out the heart shape from the Floral Heart Die by Neat and Tangled. The Glimmer Paste is so cool! Its easy to apply and looks amazing! It comes in a bunch of colors, too!

I then die cut a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 card panel with the Blueprints 25 die set from My Favorite Things. This gives a nice, pretty stitched edge to the card which I just love! I placed the Floral Heart Die in the center of the panel and ran it again threw my die cutter again.

I colored the images in the Cottontail Cuties stamp set and cut them out using the Cottontail Cuties Dies.

I added  foam tape to the back of the card panel with the heart cut in the center and placed in on a card base. I then placed the glittered heart in the center.

I arranged the colored images around the heart and stamped the sentiment in gray ink on a fishtail banner from the My Favorite Things Blueprints 25. I totally recommend all of the blueprints die sets! They include a great variety of dies and are by far my most used dies! You can find them by clicking here!

I embellished my card using sequins from Taylored Expressions and I added Nuvo Crystal Crops in Gloss White to the centers. I also added Bakers Twine from Lawn Fawn to the edge of the card.

I just love these fun images! They are perfect for Easter or any spring time card!
